Weekly prices in euro - Apartments Contadino, Tramonto, and Panoramico 2+2

SERVICES: Light, water, gas, furnished kitchen, refrigerator, tv, outdoor swimming-pool, weekly linen change, initial and final cleaning inclused in the price.

Accomodation for the 3rd and 4th persons are in a double bed-sofa located in the living room.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

In the winter period, supplement of € 10,00 a day for heating (period: from Oct, 1st till Apr, 30th).

Extra cleaning during the stay € 9,00 per hour.

Extra linen change during the stay € 5,00 per person.

Animals (small-sized only) are allowed in apartament Giardino; supplement € 25,00 per week.

ACCOMODATIONS: On the day of arrival the apartments are available starting from 3.00 P.M.. On the day of departure the apartaments have to be left no later than 10.00 A.M..

RESERVATION: The reservations will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmatory down payment. Conditions and amount of down payment will be better detailed in the response to the availability request.

DOWN PAYMENT: If not stated differently, the confirmatory down payment consists of 50% of the total amount, to be paid upon booking confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS: In case of booking cancellation, the confirmatory down payment won't be reimbursed. For stays not benefited for late arrival, no-show or holiday suspension, when it is not communicated at least 30 days before the arrival date, the down payment won't be reimbursed and the payment of the entire stay will be required.
